I am one of the proud owners of the  Dharma Cafe located in Houston Texas.  My partner, Susan Ralph and I started Dharma 9 years ago in a 900 sq ft. space on the corner of a 100 year old brick building in Houston's historic warehouse district.  The original location only had 7 tables, no waiting area, and no parking. My blueberry scones were born at Dharma Cafe where they are still served every Sunday as part of our fabulous Sunday Brunch  which was just voted best brunch in Houston this past year by the Houston Press.

Three years ago we relocated to our current location at 1718 Houston Avenue, at the corner of Houston Avenue and Crocket in Houston's historic First Ward Art District.  Our new location features a full bar, off street parking, and live Jazz every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
